The Treasure Map
It's late, but we've saved a little treasure for you.

Wings perfumed with Sichuan peppercorn and a gentle heat. One leads straight to the next.

Made from whole chicken tenderloin, with a hint of garlic. Skip the tartar sauce and it almost doesn't count.

Boneless fried pork bites. A must if you're drinking.

Chunky fries, nice and crisp. Try to show some restraint.

Can't decide? Start with the platter.

Slow-simmered from an old hen. Don't finish the soup and forget the meat.

The broth is built on real clams: you can't see them, but you can taste them. The essential hangover soup.

One large hand-picked oyster with our house-made aromatic spiced oil.

Two sashimi-grade scallops with fine yam noodles in a light, refreshing sauce.

Plenty of smoked salmon folded into cheese, with crisp, sweet diced pear. One bite leads to another.

Hand-picked beef cheek steeped in red wine, in a gently tangy sauce. Perfect for mopping up with bread.

Tender chicken leg soaked through with fragrant Shaoxing wine. Slice after slice, impossible to stop.

Ripe cured black olives with garlicky shrimp, layered over sweet, crisp zucchini. One bite after another.

Four kinds of mushroom with plenty of garlic and a hint of pepper. The ultimate drinking snack.

Piled with cured meats and cheese. Made for drinking.

Crème brûlée: the one dessert we'd never let slow us down. There's a grown-up version too; which spirit goes in, you'll have to ask.

Spicy and made for rice. If it's too hot, stir in the soft-boiled egg. If you can't stop eating, have a little more.

The overture to the day, too pure for a single impurity. The white wine's acidity wakes sleepy taste buds, while the honeyed scent of longan flower is like the first light through the leaves at dawn. It isn't here to get you drunk, only to wash away yesterday's weariness, so that in a gentle glow you can watch the world wake up.

Not every night needs to be strong. This glass is like a clear moon in the sky: sweet-tart yuzu is its bright moonlight, osmanthus a soft breeze drifting by. The faint pink-pepper spice on the finish is a gentle shiver across the skin, reminding you it's a grown-up drink, elegant with a personality you can't ignore.

Who says daydreams can't come true? This glass holds an afternoon's sunshine and the scent of an orchard. Lemon balm blows through like a breeze, sweeping away the vodka's bite and leaving only honeyed fruit. Take a bite of the savory cheese on the side: that sweet-salty jolt feels like the moment you wake from a dream, lovely and vivid enough that you'll gladly sink back into it.

Wander into a hidden paradise and find it blooming with pink guava and daylilies. Elderflower refines the rum's tropical warmth into something elegant. A sip of the drink, a bite of preserved plum, and sour, salty and sweet circle on the palate. A love letter to this land, familiar yet full of surprises.

Like opening a window onto a green corridor wet with morning dew. The long finish of high-mountain tea and the chill of gin are softly wrapped in sweet, juicy pear. Asparagus juice is the hidden green; jasmine, the last glance back. A drink that slows time, clear and transparent, for anyone seeking a moment of calm amid the noise.

Getting lost in a vast sea of flavor can be a pleasure of its own. The bold personalities of pisco and tequila find their balance in sea salt and ginger. This glass is a voyage without a map: every sip brings salty sea air and the thrill of the unknown. For hearts that long for adventure and freedom.

Secrets after dark are only for whispering. The crimson-violet drink sends a dangerous signal: the sweet lychee is just a disguise; the bitterness of Campari and the heat of tequila are the truth. A drink about temptation and surrender, best shared in dim light with someone who understands.

Cool your feelings to zero and keep only the purest sensation. Not a sweet crowd-pleaser, but an experiment pairing the chill of vodka and gin with herbs and umami. Bite into a tangy caper and, in that burst, you'll see that cool reason can be more alluring than passion.

Warmth you can cradle in your hands. Oolong and longan seep into the soul of the whisky like a crackling fireplace on a winter night. It slides down warm: not a jolt, but a deep sense of calm. A haven for weary travelers. Finish this glass, and may you sleep well tonight.

Only when every light goes out do shadows show their true shape. This is more than coffee: it's a late-night confession laced with bourbon. The bittersweet of house-made caramel and the softness of fresh cream wrap the spirit in silk. A grown-up dessert and the perfect full stop to the day. In the shadows, savor the luxury of being alone.

Crisp and refreshing: cool cucumber, sweet apple and zesty lemon in perfect harmony, with a gentle kick from ginger beer. Lively and green, a drink for any moment.

In a finely etched glass, a deep amber drink glitters against the ice. Fresh jasmine green tea, mellow smoked plum and the warmth of torched apple weave together, while soda bubbles dance on the tongue. The real surprise is the torched dried apple: its smoky, caramelized sweetness unfolds between sips and twines with the smoked plum into layers you won't forget.

Bright garnet with a violet sheen and dark-fruit aromas: blackberry, black cherry, blackcurrant, licorice, vanilla, a delicate hint of dried smoked plum, violets and a touch of spice.

Timorasso, a top native white grape of Colli Tortonesi in north-west Piedmont, once nearly vanished. At Ricci it is farmed organically and picked by hand, macerated on its skins for 90 days, fermented with ambient yeast and bottled unfiltered. Winemaker Daniele insists on a spotlessly clean cellar, so Ricci's wines have none of the farmyard or sharp notes some natural wines carry. Loved in the US, Japan and Korea for years, it is one of the finest natural orange wines. Unlike the many orange wines left astringent by skin contact, Il Giallo di Costa is pure and completely free of harshness.

The grapes come from the single vineyard Col Rusal, which faces east and south-east to soak up the best of each day's sun. Organically farmed and hand-picked; after fermentation the wine ages for 18 months, partly in large oak casks and partly in French barriques.

Records show Ribolla Gialla was grown as early as the 14th century, before phylloxera and international varieties pushed it aside. Friuli's winemakers revived it in the second half of the 20th century. The grapes come from the single vineyard Bivio Romanut, facing east and south-east, ideal for exceptional fruit. Organically farmed and hand-picked, the wine ages six months in steel with regular bâtonnage for added depth.

From Emilia-Romagna in northern Italy, whose capital is Bologna: home of Lambrusco, Italy's red sparkling wine. Lambrusco is not a single grape but a family of varieties. Aljano farms the rare Lambrusco Montericco organically, harvests it by hand and makes it the same way as Prosecco, producing the fragrant, refreshing Rosa del Borgo.

Taiwan's first locally brewed bottled strawberry cider from DB. A longtime supporter of Taiwan's farmers, the brewer uses hand-picked, fully ripe Fengxiang strawberries from Dahu, with no coloring or flavoring, yet the cider is full of delicate strawberry aroma and sweet-tart flavor. Strawberry bubbles burst on the tongue, as dreamy and exciting as falling in love.

Taiwan's first locally brewed bottled peach cider from DB. True to the brewer's principles, with no coloring or flavoring: tart with sweetness, sweet with fragrance. Peach juice and cider ferment naturally into a soft, refreshing drink that keeps the character of a true cider with the lovely taste of peach.

Taiwan's first locally brewed bottled kumquat-lemon cider from DB, fermented with Taiwan-grown kumquats and lemons. 100% natural: kumquat first, then a burst of fresh lemon. Easy to drink and wonderfully refreshing.

Taiwan's first locally brewed bottled lychee cider from DB. True to the brewer's principles, with no coloring or flavoring: Taichung lychees in perfect proportion, naturally fermented into a rich, fragrant, sweet cider. One sip and you're in a dreamy wonderland.

Taiwan's first locally brewed bottled apple cider from DB. While everyone was crazy about craft beer, the brewer quietly spent three years experimenting before settling on a cider apple we nicknamed "Dabu". The result bursts with fresh apple aroma and beautifully balanced acidity: true cider character with lively bubbles, vivid layers and a personality that will win you over.

A golden German lager brewed with prized Vienna malt: a clear malt aroma, a full, clean palate and charming Saaz hops in fine balance with the malt, finishing with a gentle sweetness. Everyone's favorite.

Weissbier is the signature wheat beer of the Bavarian tradition: a dense, silky head and fruity esters released naturally during fermentation. The perfect summer beer.

A Munich-style dark lager made with the best German Munich and Pilsner malts, traditional hops and bottom-fermenting yeast. Rich dark-malt aroma and flavor, yet soft and easy to drink.

Brewed with plenty of wheat and oats and a range of quality American-style hops, then fermented with the famous East Coast "juice" yeast strain for the classic, distinctive hazy IPA style. One sip brings a wave of tropical fruit. You'll want another.

It takes bees 45 hours of hard work to make a single gram of Taiwan's prized longan honey, the Formosan black bear's favorite. Inspired by the bear's energy, the brewer chose an American lager recipe and added plenty of longan honey at the mash, creating a soft, layered palate and a creamy, velvety head. Enjoy the buzz and a different kind of mellow rhythm alongside the Formosan black bear.

Brewed with extra malt and bottom-fermented: a clear, deep-gold body that captures Germany in a glass. Strong yet remarkably smooth, with higher alcohol and an intense malty sweetness that keeps you coming back.
